I love the versatility and dynamism of life. Hate to follow the status quo just to be politically correct. I am not afraid to speak my mind when I strongly believe in something. If I am convinced about a cause, I will totally fly with it. That's my spirit.

My management style is totally participatory and involving. I believe in mentoring the teams I work with by 'walking the talk' and leading from the front. I used to thrive on stress, but happy to be free from it all now!

Critiquing rationally is something I do instinctively, be it work, an art form or the status quo. This may not always work in my favour 'cos most people don't seperate the issue from the person.
I speak up for a few causes I genuinely care about. Children, women and politics are my areas of passion.

What ever happens, my family comes first for me. Nothing replaces the joy of being in the company of the three men in my life and now the new found daughter!!
