​As the Sri Lankan Branch of Ogilvy & Mather, Ogilvy Action specialised in integrated Marketing Communications, pioneering and focussing largely on Brand Activation.

The company that was started with just 3 employees grew to 80 within 10 years and it was this team of 80 that I left when I hung my boots after heading it for 12 years.
The company also had its presence in the Maldives.
​
Was seen as one- of- a- kind Industry leader who turned commercial advertising into Cause Related Marcom Programmes, Development Communication, Social Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility projects with great purpose and effectiveness.
​
Was hand picked by Ogilvy to launch the company in 1998. Led and managed it for 12 years prior to retiring from the field of advertising in 2011
